The 2018 Vintage is a prestigious Blanc de Blancs from Clos du Château de Boursault, in which our small Chardonnay parcels (3 hectares) receive a very special attention.

Its 5 years of aging in the cellars of the Château have allowed it to develop a remarkable finesse, which evokes white flowers, and which will find its place as an aperitif, but also as an accompaniment with white fish or shellfish.
